MOVEMBER 2013: PLAID PARTY
:: Aside from the fun happening in the photobooth, we had some unreal/surreal performances on stage! Local folk music at it’s finest!
PVonline caught a little mini interview with Kevin the other day. After your done reading click play at the bottom of the article!
We weren’t the only ones celebrating!

:: This was my team, the men of The Bunker (L-R)
Myself, Mike, Scott, Gord, Eric, Chris, Justin, and Mackay.
Some of us came out with some well established lip sweaters, others gave it their best shot, while some just dominated the field. While we didn’t have as many members as last year, or raise as much money, we DID more. Through our connections at the community center, we connected people in the community that would have never gotten together. We connected our small city to an organization in another country. And we helped expand peoples cultural bubbles…which was probably the most rewarding part.
And in the end, that’s the story I’ll be giving the newspaper tomorrow. I know people love hearing big flashy success stories, but this was never about the money (even though I know some people were getting annoyed with all my posts).
So with an hour left I see a lot of dudes uploading post-shave selfies. However I will not be joining them. Movember marks the START of my moustache adventure. One that I restart every year.
